To be one, you will typically have over 25 years regional working experience, holding C-level management of a well-known Multinational Company or well-established in particular industry, as well as passionate to contribute back to the growth of women’s potential. Male mentors meeting the same criteria will also be considered.
To be one, you will be a female, typically have over 15 years working experience, holding mid to senior management position and is passionate to learn and grow, seeks to contribute back to the growth of women’s potential.
To be one, you will typically be 20 to 30 years old forward looking female, and demonstrate a strong will to learn and grow. Young women from third world and developing countries will receive priority in this program.
