DIAMOND MENTOR
To be one, you will typically have over 25 years of regional work experience, holding C-level management of a well-known multinational company or well-established in particular industry, as well as passionate to contribute back to the growth of women’s potential. Female and Male mentors meeting the criteria are all welcome. Check out our diamond mentors' profile.
SAPPHIRE MENTOR / MENTEE
To be one, you will be a female, typically with over 15 years of work experience, holding mid- to senior management position and is passionate to learn and grow, seeks to contribute back to the growth of women’s potential. Check out our sapphire mentors' profile.
RUBY MENTEE
To be one, you will typically be a 20 to 30 year old forward-looking female, and demonstrate a strong will to learn and grow. Young women from third world and developing countries will have priority to join this program.
