In her opinion, the lack of female leaders in global business organizations is not due to their so fore said shortcomings nor limitations in abilities, but the lack of their networking and sometimes confidence. While organizational and social barriers do exist in the process of female leaders breaking the ‘glass ceiling,’ it is also important to consider that very few mentoring and effective sponsors are available to support them to thrive in different life and career stages. "GWC is a great platform established by amazing people. I am proud to be part of the changing force. Women, who take action in improving themselves and are strongly determined, deserve to be given more opportunities. I was benefited from the help of others as well.
